Procrastination isn't just about putting things off, it's about robbing yourself of the chance to succeed.

Don't let it make you feel like a failure.

Following are the 5 ways you could use to throw it out of your life:

Break tasks into smaller chunks:

Large tasks can be overwhelming and make it easy to procrastinate. Instead, break the task into smaller, more manageable chunks and tackle them one at a time.

Use a timer:

Set a timer for a specific amount of time (e.g., 25 minutes) and work on the task until the timer goes off. This technique, known as the Pomodoro Technique, can help you stay focused and make progress on the task.

Eliminate distractions:

Identify what distracts you and eliminate it. This could mean turning off your phone, finding a quiet place to work, or using a website blocker.

Get an accountability partner:

Tell a friend, family member, or colleague about your goals and ask them to check in with you on your progress. This can provide a sense of accountability and motivation to stay on track.

Reward yourself:

Give yourself a reward for completing a task or making progress towards a goal. This can be something small, like taking a short break or having a snack, or something larger, like taking a day off or treating yourself to something you’ve been wanting.

Note: These are some general advises, that might not fit for everyone, and you may find what works best for you by experimenting on different methods.
